Stop 02 · What you get
Every Staytion home is managed by us end to end — one rent, no surprise bills, and someone on site when you need them.
On site round the clock — ad-hoc cleaning, small fixes and personal assistance whenever you need it.
Regular housekeeping and internet are part of the rent, not extra bills to chase.
AC power is metered per room — you pay exactly your own usage, never a padded flat rate.
AC, fridge, washing machine and water purifier in every flat.

Stop 03 · Locations
30+ homes clustered around JB Nagar, Marol, Chakala, Sakinaka and Powai — short commutes to SEEPZ, MIDC, the airport belt, Hiranandani offices and BKC. Tell us where you work and we'll match you to the nearest home with a free bed.
Stop 04 · How it works
Tell us your move-in date and budget. We reply with what's actually free — real photos and videos of the exact room.
See the room in person, or take a video tour if you're moving from another city.
Pay the token to hold your bed, sign the agreement, and move in on your date. Everything you're agreeing to is spelled out in the house terms first.
Stop 05 · Know your hosts
Every resident gets one of us as their host — your home station, one person who knows your name, your flat and your rent date. No answer? Your call just moves down the line to the next host. It never stalls.
